When we first started our cart business, we had no catering background, no pricing strategy, and no real community to turn to. We had to figure everything out on our own—through trial, error, and way too many mistakes.
Over the years, we’ve built something we’re proud of, but the biggest game-changer wasn’t just learning how to price our services or streamline our operations, it was connecting with other cart owners who truly get it.
