Our Story
Hey there! We're Jesenia and Chris, the creative minds behind Paleta Please & now The Cart Collective. Back in 2017, while I was pregnant, I had this obsession to have an ice cream cart for my daughter's future summer birthday parties. That's when Chris stumbled upon a cart on craigslist, and with his refurbishing skills, he transformed it into the charming teal cart you see today. Little did we know that this would be the beginning of an incredible journey.
Once the cart was ready, I had this unique vision in mind to rent the cart out for events, donating a portion of the proceeds to our non-profit organization, The Siestas For Fiestas Foundation. And just like that, Paleta Please was born that summer.
Since then, we've expanded our fleet of push carts, offering not only a variety of mouthwatering paletas but also irresistible churros and refreshing agua frescas. Our goal is to bring joy and sweetness to your celebrations, all while supporting a worthy cause.
With my background in event planning and design since 2012, it was only natural for me to create branding opportunities for our corporate clients as well. We take great pride in curating memorable experiences and providing unique branding options for businesses.
