Planning your event
The Cart Collective provides branded food carts and custom event catering throughout Los Angeles and Southern California for brand activations, experiential marketing events, corporate events, private celebrations, and more.
Our serving minimums are based on the distance from our Los Angeles area location:
20-39 miles: 100 serving minimum
40-75 miles: 150 serving minimum
Planning something farther away? We travel beyond our standard 75-mile service area for select large-scale events and brand activations. Availability is based on event size, location, travel requirements, and our team's availability.
Custom Branding + Lead Times
Make the experience your own with custom event branding designed to bring your brand into every detail. From fully branded food carts to custom cups, bottles, popsicle wrappers, sticks, signage, umbrellas, and more, we offer a variety of ways to customize.
Most custom branding requires final artwork at least 10 days before your event, including cart branding, custom cups and bottles, food packaging, wafers, signage, and umbrellas.
Specialty items require a little more time. Custom popsicle wrappers and direct-printed glassine wrappers require at least 14 days, while custom popsicle sticks require 21 days.
Planning a last-minute event? Reach out! Rush customization may be available depending on our production schedule. Some branding options may be limited, and additional rush fees may apply.
